Adam Bridges | COO & CMO
Adam Bridges has twenty-seven years of transportation experience and is currently servings as COO & CMO, Raven Transport Holding and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Planning for FEC Railway.
For the past five years, Adam was Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development and member of the leadership team at TRAC Intermodal. While there Adam helped transform TRAC from a transportation equipment leasing company into North America’s leading chassis equipment and pool manager serving domestic and international shippers with over 300,000 assets in market.
Before joining TRAC, Adam served for 13 years with CSX working in Intermodal Marketing and CSX Corporate Strategy. His focus included the 5 year strategic plan that resulted in an $800m public private partnership as well as double tracking and double stacking key network corridors.
Before joining CSX, Adam served with Conrail in Carload (lumber, paper, food, chemical) and Intermodal marketing and new business development positions.
Adam holds a BA and a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Adam is a Six Sigma Green belt and has completed executive development courses in M&A and Strategy at Wharton and MIT.
William “Bill” Wiese | VP Fleet Services
Fleet Services incorporates Human Resources & Benefits, Safety & Compliance, Maintenance, Recruiting & Retention, Risk Management, Facilities and IT. Bill is responsible for the management of each of these areas. Along with his team of eight, Fleet Services concentrates on bringing the best players to the Raven team and then ensure they work in a healthy and safe environment, have access to good healthcare and work with state-of-the-art equipment. With more than 40 years of experience in Transportation, Bill has earned a treasure chest of credentials starting with obtaining his State of Pennsylvania Certification as a Heavy Vehicle inspector. Certifications from Cummins, Caterpillar and Detroit Diesel along with various truck manufacture certificates. Bill moved into the Safety & Compliance arena in the early eighties and became the Eastern Region Chairman of the ATA Safety Management Council, helped create the ATA OSHA Task Force and earned his Certified Director of Safety designation. He worked as the Director of Safety and VP of Safety & Human Resources for LTL carriers in the Philadelphia area before moving to Florida to join the Raven team.
Since moving to Jacksonville, Bill and his wife of 40 years, Debra, were kept busy first raising their five sons, and now even busier enjoying their twelve grandchildren. Leisure time is spent boating (mostly fixing), fishing, technology and enjoying time with his wife and ever-growing family.
Andrew Rhodes | Director of Sales
Andrew P. Rhodes is the Director of Sales at Raven Transport. He is responsible for enterprise-wide sales and business development efforts across Raven’s network. Mr. Rhodes joined Raven in 2017 as a Regional Manager of Business Development.
Prior to joining Raven Transport Mr. Rhodes held several leadership positions within Customer Service, Operations and Sales at Knight Transportation from 2007 to 2017. In 2011, Mr. Rhodes joined the Sales team at Knight and was promoted to Senior National Account Manager where he managed over $20,000,000 in annual revenue.
In 2017, Mr. Rhodes was named Director of Sales at Raven Transport, assuming additional sales leadership responsibilities for business development and growth initiatives in Dedicated, Contract Logistics and Intermodal solutions.
Mr. Rhodes lives in Jacksonville, FL. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Memphis.
