Adam Bridges | COO & CMO

Adam Bridges has twenty-seven years of transportation experience and is currently servings as COO & CMO, Raven Transport Holding and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Planning for FEC Railway.

For the past five years, Adam was Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development and member of the leadership team at TRAC Intermodal. While there Adam helped transform TRAC from a transportation equipment leasing company into North America’s leading chassis equipment and pool manager serving domestic and international shippers with over 300,000 assets in market.

Before joining TRAC, Adam served for 13 years with CSX working in Intermodal Marketing and CSX Corporate Strategy. His focus included the 5 year strategic plan that resulted in an $800m public private partnership as well as double tracking and double stacking key network corridors.

Before joining CSX, Adam served with Conrail in Carload (lumber, paper, food, chemical) and Intermodal marketing and new business development positions.

Adam holds a BA and a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Adam is a Six Sigma Green belt and has completed executive development courses in M&A and Strategy at Wharton and MIT.

William “Bill” Wiese | VP Fleet Services

Fleet Services incorporates Human Resources & Benefits, Safety & Compliance, Recruiting & Retention, Risk Management, Facilities and IT. Bill is responsible for the management of each of these areas. Along with his team of eight, Fleet Services concentrates on bringing the best players to the Raven team and then ensure they work in a healthy and safe environment, have access to good healthcare and work with state-of-the-art equipment. With more than 40 years of experience in Transportation, Bill has earned a treasure chest of credentials starting with obtaining his State of Pennsylvania Certification as a Heavy Vehicle inspector. Certifications from Cummins, Caterpillar and Detroit Diesel along with various truck manufacture certificates. Bill moved into the Safety & Compliance arena in the early eighties and became the Eastern Region Chairman of the ATA Safety Management Council, helped create the ATA OSHA Task Force and earned his Certified Director of Safety designation. He worked as the Director of Safety and VP of Safety & Human Resources for LTL carriers in the Philadelphia area before moving to Florida to join the Raven team.

Since moving to Jacksonville, Bill and his wife of 40 years, Debra, were kept busy first raising their five sons, and now even busier enjoying their twelve grandchildren. Leisure time is spent boating (mostly fixing), fishing, technology and enjoying time with his wife and ever-growing family.

Matthew Scott | Director of Finance

Matthew Scott joined Raven Transport in 2018 as Director of Finance, bringing 17 years of transportation and finance experience to the company. His responsibilities include financial and economic analysis, periodic financial reporting, capital investment recommendations, banking liaison, and equipment purchasing.

Matthew recently spent 5 years at FEC Railway as Director Commercial Finance. While there, he built a costing model that shed light on pricing decisions and served as a guide for equipment allocation. He also built processes around revenue reporting and forecasting, worked with the pricing group to understand the impacts of operational changes, and studied the economic impact of various projects.

Prior to FEC Matthew was with CSX where he served in various financial roles supporting Engineering, Operations, and Sales and Marketing.

Matthew earned a BBA Finance from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida.

Andrew Rhodes | Director of Sales

Andrew P. Rhodes is the Director of Sales at Raven Transport. He is responsible for enterprise-wide sales and business development efforts across Raven’s network. Mr. Rhodes joined Raven in 2017 as a Regional Manager of Business Development.

Prior to joining Raven Transport Mr. Rhodes held several leadership positions within Customer Service, Operations and Sales at Knight Transportation from 2007 to 2017. In 2011, Mr. Rhodes joined the Sales team at Knight and was promoted to Senior National Account Manager where he managed over $20,000,000 in annual revenue.

In 2017, Mr. Rhodes was named Director of Sales at Raven Transport, assuming additional sales leadership responsibilities for business development and growth initiatives in Dedicated, Contract Logistics and Intermodal solutions.

Mr. Rhodes lives in Jacksonville, FL. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Memphis.

Michael McDaniel | Director of Maintenance

Michael McDaniel is the Director of Maintenance for Raven Transport. In this role, Mike manages a team providing all aspects of Fleet Maintenance. With more than 28 years of transportation maintenance experience, Mike is no stranger to what it takes to keep a fleet of vehicles running and properly maintained.

Michael earned a degree in Auto/Diesel Technology from UNOH, and has worked his way through the ranks from mechanic, to shop supervisor, service manager, and then Director. He has earned certifications as a State Heavy Duty Truck mechanic, ASE school bus technician, along with several OEM diagnostic and repair courses. Mike also holds a class “A” CDL and has driven all different types of vehicles from farm tractors, construction equipment, school buses, wreckers, and dump trucks, to tractor trailers.

After several years of “turning wrenches” Mike decided to turn his attention toward management, and soon earned a role as Transportation Director for his local school district, as well as overseeing all special education transportation for the entire county. He then was offered a great opportunity that moved him and his family from their birthplace in Michigan to Nashville, TN. Michael worked with a couple large carriers in key managerial roles within the maintenance department, alongside some very knowledgeable colleagues for 6 years before accepting the position as Director of Maintenance at Raven Transport and has continued to learn and grow as the company has done the same.

Terry Johnson | Director of Driver Management

Terry has over 35 years of experience in transportation, of which the last 19 has been with Raven. He is Currently the Planning Manager. Planners match drivers/ equipment to customers freight, ensuring on time Delivery and utilization of assets.

Terry started out driving a truck for his father in early 80’, and later as an Owner Operator. Has been in trucking ever since. He has worked from Dispatch to Safety Director for Burlington Motor Carriers, Brewton Express, and JB Hunt. He also was CEO for JTI, a midsouth Flatbed Carrier, specializing in building materials.

Rose Camp | Director of Customer Operations

Rose Camp has over 20 years’ experience in the transportation field. She has been an integral part of the Raven Transport team since 2001. Rose is currently one of three Operations Managers and she has been the Manager of Customer Service at Raven Transport for the past three years. Prior to working at Raven, Rose was employed at Winn-Dixie Corporate Headquarters and at SilverEagle Transport. Her areas of expertise include, customer relationships, increasing business profitability, issue resolution, and business development. Rose has received numerous awards and accolades from her supervisors and from Raven’s major customers during her successful tenure at Raven Transport. Rose enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling in her leisure time.
